With visiting speakers, panel and round-table discussions, poster sessions, and a reception to follow, the symposium will help participants to broaden their networks and better understand how African societies are changing in the 21st century, and how we and our institutions can pursue more mutually beneficial forms of engagement with our counterparts in Africa.
