In light of the recent escalation in Kashmir, Professor Kanjwal has been quite busy with media events and talks on various campuses. Some of her events include, “The Day the Story of Kashmir Changed Forever,” Al Jazeera, “The Lockdown of Kashmir.” Why is this happening? Podcast with Chris Hayes, and an Interview with the Dean Obeidallah Show for Sirius XM, “The Crackdown in Kashmir.” In addition, Professor Kanjwal has also given talks or been on panels at: the Islamic Society of North America, Columbia, Barnard, NYU, Bryn Mawr, Princeton, the People’s Forum, Justice for Muslims Collective in DC, and University of Wisconsin-Madison.
